I’ve only been in South Africa a few days, but I’ve already gone to the beach twice and spent an entire day in a wild game preserve! I’m having such a great time here with my friend, Jerusala, and her sweet little family. I haven’t pulled out “the big camera” yet, beside at the beach for sunset and while at the preserve, so I don’t have any photos of Jerusala’s adorable babes for this post… but they will make an appearance on the blog while I’m still here. 🙂 🙂
Roy, Jerusala, and I went to Oyster Bay the day before yesterday and spent a few lovely hours enjoying the beach, talking, and taking photos as the sun set over the bay. At Oyster Bay there are sand dunes, and believe it or not, it was my FIRST time seeing a sand dune!
Yesterday we went to the wild game preserve. During my other trips to South Africa the elephants seemed to hide from me when I visited a couple other preserves, but this time they seem to have warmed up quite a bit. 😉 I finally got to see elephants in Africa…. LOTS of them! Make sure you don’t miss the mini engagement session at the end of this post with two elephants we saw flirting (it was a lifestyle engagement session, of course), and I shot a mini session from inside a vehicle for the first time. 😉 Lol
